How to use
Adults: Take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) daily.
At the first sign of seasonal stress: You may take up to 1 tablespoon daily, if under the weather twice daily for up to 5 few days.
Kids 1+ years: 1–2 teaspoons daily (based on caregiver preference). (No honey for children under 1 year.)
Enjoy straight from the spoon, swirl into hot water or tea, or drizzle over yogurt.

If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition (especially autoimmune conditions, gallbladder issues, or bleeding disorders), or take medications (e.g., blood thinners), consult your healthcare provider before use.
Children: Not for infants under 12 months due to honey.
