Rowe Family Farms is proud to offer grass fed beef Skirt Steak from our black angus cattle. Skirt steak is fatter than flank stake but is comparable in texture and is intense flavor. Flank steak is recommended to be trimmed before cooking. Skirt steak is best marinated 30 mins or less, grilled over high heat and cooked to medium-rare to medium. Skirt steak is idea for tacos, grilling, fajitas, stir-fries or beef jerky. Slice thinly against the grain at a 45 degree angle.
Our Grass-Fed Beef is raised with no added growth hormones. Meat is individually plastic vacuumed sealed packages. Pricing is set per package based on average weight.
