Each package contains (2) 4 oz. patties that are individually vacuum sealed by our partner fisherman and his boats . These patties are 100% gluten free and best when cooked frozen. Best methods of preparation: grilled, baked, pan fried, air-fried…and my wife Jenny highly suggests a little caper sauce for the top!
