Lime Cilantro Melon Salad
Ingredients:
- 3-4 cups of cubed melon (watermelon, honeydew, cantaloupe)
- 1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
- 1 ½ tbsp Lime Cilantro Dip Mix (dry)
- Juice of 1 lime
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix lime juice and dip mix together. Add the melon and thoroughly toss the mixture together with melon and jalapeno. Serve immediately. Chill afterwards.
